     I hereby authorize 803 Candle Company to initiate a charge entry on my credit or debit card in the amount equal to the amount I enter into the online payment option. By submitting an online payment, I agree that there is a balance sufficient to pay all requested payments and agree that 803 Candle Company is not liable for any overdraft or insufficient fund situation or charge (including, but not limited to, finance charges, late fees or similar charges) caused by my failure to maintain funds sufficient to pay the payment amount I indicated. I understand that an online payment will be processed and credited to my account within two business days.

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Candle Care:

  • Do not burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire
  • Avoid drafts
  • Container may become hot while burning candle
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended
  • Never burn a candle on or near anything that might catch fire
  • Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets

Wax Melt Care:

To prevent Fire or Injury: Remove packaging before use. Use only in tea-light warmers or UL listed electric warmers approved for wax melts. Read and follow all instructions provided with your warmer before use. Do NOT leave melter unattended while in use. Keep out of reach children and pets.

Instructions:

Do NOT add water, Do NOT melt on stove top on in non-approved appliances. Use only in well ventilated areas away from flammable materials. Discontinue use if dish contains less that 1/2" of wax.

Limitations:

In no event shall 803 Candle Company or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
