! If you have any issues with our product just contact us and we will make it right!
If your product is damaged upon arrival, please send us a message via our "Chat" on our website. Please include a picture of the damaged items in your email and retain all damaged items and original packaging in case we need it returned back to us. Unless there is a candle defect we do not offer exchanges based on fragrance preference.
